Types #1965-C1967 are usually poorly struck, only partially legible, the marginal inscriptions often completely illegible. The mint name may be in the field (often legible) or in the obverse or reverse margin. If dated, the date appears in the margin and thus rarely legible. A Bukhara example of type #B1967 has the mint name repeated in four separate locations, perhaps to countervail the shoddy manufacturing (SARC auction 10, lot 786).
